Zara opens second store in Melbourne

Published 08 August 2012

Spanish clothing and accessories retailer Zara has opened its second retail store in Melbourne.

Located at Chadstone Shopping Centre, the new store concept is based on Zara's Fifth Avenue store in New York; and has been designed to be spacious, well-lit as well as solve the elbow-to-elbow problem usually faced while shopping.

Zara during the store launch showcased an exclusive new range of special edition bags and shoes designed for the Australian market.

The collection colors range from neutral tones and pastels as well as neon and citrus colors to draw customer's attention.

Zara plans to open another store at Doncaster later this year to expand its presence to 5,600 stores across five continents.
